For Immediate Release: June 13, 2011: Carson City Nevada based Classic Dash, the first manufacturer to produce replacement ABS composite dash panels for vehicles in the muscle car era, has announced the acquisition of Thunder Road by GFORCE and its assets.

Thunder Road has produced high quality dash replacement panels and these components have been distributed through an extensive dealer network, as well as the dealer network of sister company, G-FORCE Racing Gear®. Classic Dash was a competitor of Thunder Road and is a leader in this market segment.

G-FORCE Racing Gear and its resources are strongest in the racing safety market. "As with any business venture, you do what you do best. G-FORCE Racing Gear is a racing safety company. While Thunder Road is a profitable business, we are better suited using our people, expertise and capitol in our specialty which is the racing safety market." Said Jeremy Curtis, Director of Sales and Marketing for G-FORCE Racing Gear. "We feel that our customers will be better served by a more focused chain of distribution. This goes for both G-FORCE Racing Gear® safety customers that will continue to source products from us as well as the muscle car component customers that will now deal directly with the experts at Classic Dash".

Classic Dash will now be the sole supplier for ABS composite dash panels to the muscle car market. Classic Dash will begin moving inventory, supplies and molds from Roswell GA to their headquarters in Carson City NV immediately. Greg Wambold, President of Classic Dash, plans servicing the Thunder Road customer as soon as possible with a goal date of July 18th to have this transition complete.
